Customer Service
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers and partners. You ensure professional and smooth follow-up of questions, orders, and service requests. • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• You are fluent in Dutch, English, and French
• You enjoy assisting customers by phone or email
• You are a good listener and quickly understand customer questions

• You are driven and don't lose sight of the goal
• You enjoy teamwork, but are also very independent
• You have previously been successful in a similar position
